I am writing to let you know how pleased we were with your technicians at Absolute Entry Systems. We are a small Christian School that serves students with special needs. We recently encountered a “short” in one of our front gates and called on your company to determine the cause. Your technicians, Todd Ellis and Craig Vaszko, diagnosed the problem as a faulty ground loop and got to work as soon as they arrived. While on site, they also welded some broken tables we had in our cafeteria — saving me a separate service call from a welding company.

There are many competitors out there but, as you know, they are only as good as the technicians that represent them. I hope you will find the time to recognize Todd Ellis and Craig Vaszko for their outstanding service. It is rare to find such caring and conscientious individuals in the service industry.
